Metal Man Heavy Duty Single/Dual Bottle Welding Cart
Metal Man Heavy Duty Single/Dual Bottle Welding Cart
The METAL MAN Heavy Duty Single/Dual Bottle Welding Cart is designed for multiple uses. It can be used to hold portable wire welders, plasma cutters and TIG welders along with the bottle of shielding gas needed for that application. Its unique Cylinder rack allows you to configure it to carry one bottle of gas up to 10 inches in diameter and up to 300 cu. Ft.; or two separate bottles of gas up to 7-1/2 inches in diameter or 150 cu. Ft each. Or use this welding cart to hold two separate welders or a welder and a plasma cutter. The third use for this Cart is as a power source and feeder cart. The bottom shelf has an 18 inch clearance, giving ample space to store a smaller, inverter-based welding power source on the bottom shelf. The top shelf has ample space to fit a wire feeder. In addition, the top of the cylinder securement rack can be removed to accommodate the wire feeder spool holder and a large spool of wire.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- Holds one 10” dia. Cylinder or two 7-1/2” dia. Cylinder

Weldmark is a premium carbon steel multiple deoxidized wire. Produces high quality welds in most grades of carbon steels. E70S-2 is a triple deoxidized wire which provides defect free weld deposits when properly used on most carbon steels. It is used especially for pipe welding. ER70S-2 Conforms to AWS A5.18 ER70S-2

Weldmark ER4043 Aluminum TIG Rod 1# tube
4043 is a general purpose type aluminum welding wire. It is one of the oldest and most widely used welding and brazing alloys. This aluminum alloy contains silicon additives, which result in improved fluidity (wetting action) of the weld pool and also produces a weld less sensitive to cracking. Its bright weld finish makes it a popular choice of welders. ER4043 can be used to weld various grades of aluminum.

Weldmark 2% Thoriated Tungsten 3/32″ X 7″
Weldmark 2% Thoriated Tungsten 3/32″ X 7″
Tungsten Electrode 3/32” X 7” Ground 2% Thoriated Tungsten
Extremely long lasting and highly durable, these electrodes are a staple in DC welding applications. They are the most commonly used electrodes today and are preferred for their longevity and ease of use. Thorium increases the electron emission qualities of the electrode, which improves arc starts and allows for a higher current-carrying capacity. This electrode operates far below its melting temperature, which results in a considerably lower rate of consumption and eliminates arc wandering for greater stability. Compared with other electrodes, Thoriated electrodes deposit less tungsten into the weld puddle, so they cause less weld contamination.
These electrodes are used mainly for specialty AC welding (such as thin-gauge aluminum and material less than 0.060 inch) and DC welding, either electrode negative or straight polarity, on carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, and titanium.
During manufacturing, thorium is evenly dispersed throughout the electrode, which helps the tungsten maintain its sharpened edge—the ideal electrode shape for welding thin steel—after grinding. Note: Thorium is radioactive; therefore, you must always follow the manufacturer’s warnings, instructions, and the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for its use.
