Weldmark 71TGS Self Shielding MIG Wire
Weldmark 71TGS Self Shielding MIG Wire
E71T-GS is an all-position, self-shielded flux-cored wire designed for single pass fillet and lap welding on galvanized or carbon steel as thin as 20 gauge, without burn-through. Gasless Wire E71T-GS is commonly used on small portable 110 volt welding machines, offering smooth arc action with very little spatter. Travel speed is fast, penetration is good and slag removal is easy.

Alcotec ER4043 Aluminum TIG Rod
Alcotec ER4043 Aluminum TIG Rod
Alloy 4043 is one of the oldest and most widely used welding and brazing alloys. Almigweld and altigweld 4043 can be classified as a general purpose type filler alloy. The silicon additions result in improved fluidity (wetting action) to make the alloy a preferred choice by welders. The alloy is less sensitive to weld cracking and produces brighter, almost smut free welds.
Typical Applications
Welding Filler Wire
Spray and Flame Metallizing Wire
General Information
- Trade designation: ALMIGWELD and ALTIGWELD
- Non-Heat treatable
- Similar to AlSi5 (Germany), BS N21 (United Kingdom)
- ISO designation: AlSi5
- Principle alloying elements: Silicon
- Applicable specifications: ANSI/AWS A5.10 (ER & R), AMS 4190
Alcotec ER5356 Aluminum TIG Rod
Alcotec ER5356 Aluminum TIG Rod
AlcoTec Almigweld Aluminum TIG Welding Rod of is made of 5356 alloy that has magnesium, manganese, chromium and titanium as the principle alloying elements. Non-heat treatable wire with 1060 to 1175 degree F melting range is classified as a general-purpose type filler alloy. Rod is used in a wide variety of applications as it has moderate high strength capabilities. It obtains white color when anodized and is associated with ER5356 class of rod.
Features:

J.W. Harris Safety-Silv 45T Tin-Bearing Silver Brazing Alloy 1/16″ Coil
The Harris Products Group manufactures its complete line of cadmium-free, high silver brazing alloys with the same attention to quality found in their phosphorus/copper products. Only the purest metals are used. Precision production procedures ensure consistency in product quality and performance. Safety-Silv alloys are strongly recommended as replacements for all cadmium-bearing brazing filler metals.
Safety-Silv 45T is a tin-bearing silver brazing alloy which performs like a 45% silver, cadmium-bearing alloy, but is cadmium-free. It has a lower melting temperature than Safety-Silv 45 and excellent fillet-forming qualities. It produces high-strength ductile joints. NSF Certified to NSF 51.

Sureweld 10P Plus is a modified version of the standard 10P electrode and can be differentiated by its gray coating. It has also been developed for the pipe welding industry but has a more consistent burn-off and a more forgiving arc burn. This provides a better bead profile and sidewall fusion with lower spatter. Sureweld 10P Plus will maintain the proper keyhole in an open root and will produce X-ray quality joints in the flat, horizontal, overhead, vertical-up, and vertical-down procedures. Sureweld 10P Plus is recommended for welding API grades A25, A, B and X42 pipe and general structural, ship, barge and storage tank fabrication. It may also be used for welding root passes in higher grade pipe in some circumstances.
